Working principle
By using dual laser head punching and dual video detection, multiple punching operations can be achieved on the tablets of osmotic pump controlled release tablets and sustained-release tablets, including single chamber, double chamber, single-sided, double-sided, and specified surface punching.
Online detection and removal of non-conforming products are possible. Each punching surface is equipped with an independent laser punching system and detection system to ensure the reliability of each tablet's qualification.
Workflow
Automatic feeding device → hopper → feeding and dropping track → wheel sorting → conveying → laser drilling of tablets → high-definition camera detection → automatic rejection → next process

-Water shortage and ultra-high temperature shutdown alarm. In case of water shortage or high temperature caused by continuous operation or malfunction, the machine will automatically alarm and stop working to prevent accidents.
-Fault sound and light alarm, able to promptly locate and eliminate faults.
-Smoke purification device can promptly detect and eliminate indoor air pollution sources.
-The parts in contact with the drug are made of 316L material, and the outer surface is made of 304-2B stainless steel plate. The materials of other parts fully comply with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
