Working principle
The standing bottle manager arranges the bottles in an orderly manner, enters the conveyor belt one by one, and transports them to the labeling position. The label measuring eye sends a label signal to the label feeder, and the bottles are labeled at the exit plate. The bottle rolling belt rotates the bottle to roll the label onto the circumference of the bottle. When the label measuring eye detects the end of the label and sends a stop signal to the label feeder, the labeling is completed, and the label base paper is rewound. The labeled bottles enter the tray or the next process.
Workflow
