Main uses:
Mainly used for labeling and palletizing small cylindrical bottles such as ampoules, penicillin bottles, and oral liquid bottles. The design and production of the palletizing and labeling machine comply with GMP requirements. This machine can be used in conjunction with the lamp inspection machine to form a rear package connecting line.

Working principle

Labeling:

Unlabeled bottles are placed flat by a vertical feeding mechanism and transported to the labeling position by a roller conveyor belt in a lying down state. The label measuring eye sends a label signal to the label feeder, and the bottle is labeled at the outlet plate. The bottle rolling belt rotates the bottle to roll the label onto the circumference of the bottle. When the label measuring eye detects the end of the label and sends a stop signal to the label feeder, the labeling is completed, and the label base paper is rewound. The labeled bottles enter the storage buffer channel, and at the end of the buffer channel, the bottles are placed into the tray by a dial wheel.


Transfer to daycare:

The stacked pallets are separated by an automatic sorting device and placed on the conveyor belt one by one. They are transported forward to the loading position and corrected by double clamps and matched with pulleys to complete the loading. The pallets filled with bottles are transported forward by the conveyor belt.

Performance characteristics

-The bottle holder position is completely open, easy to operate, and the bottled bottle holder can directly enter other equipment such as the packaging machine.

-It is possible to install a separate automatic sorting machine, which eliminates the need for complex locking operations during disassembly and assembly.

-Missing tray alarm, in case of bottle tray blockage, automatic separation can be stopped to avoid bottle tray leakage and other faults.

-Adopting a human-machine dialogue touch screen: easy to operate, intuitive, fully functional, with online help and fault display functions.

-The whole machine adopts well-known international brand electrical components to ensure its stability.

-50 sets of parameter information can be preset to meet the automatic labeling of more specifications of bottle shapes.

-Pneumatic coding or spray coding can be used to print identification content such as product date and batch number.

-Optional real-time detection of tag status, such as missing labels or codes (optional); Capacity testing, etc.
