Main uses:
Mainly used for continuous automatic production of filling and sealing of 1-20ml curved neck ampoules in the pharmaceutical industry. The design and production of the AGF series ampoule drawing and sealing machine comply with GMP requirements. This machine can be used as a standalone unit or in conjunction with vertical ultrasonic cleaning machines and sterilization drying machines to form a linkage line. The improved version of this machine can also be used for filling and plugging penicillin bottle injections.

Working principle

Using linear filling and sealing, ampoules come out of the dryer and are transported by a conveyor belt to a winch. The winch separates the ampoules one by one in an orderly manner and pushes them one by one to the right to the bottle feeding wheel. The bottle feeding wheel delivers the ampoules to the forward moving beam, and the forward moving beam component converts the continuous motion of the ampoules into intermittent motion. The intermediate walking beam component sends ampoules in a step-by-step manner to the following 5 intermittent stations: front nitrogen filling, liquid filling, rear nitrogen filling, preheating station, and drawing and sealing station. At the filling station, the filling pump injects the medicine into the ampoule through a needle, and the filling amount of the filling pump can be adjusted directly on the touch screen; Preheating station, the ampoule is heated by the mixed gas blown out by the burner, while spinning and moving under the action of the roller, resulting in uniform heating around the ampoule; At the drawing and sealing station, the top of the ampoule is softened by heat and sealed by drawing pliers. After sealing, it is pushed into the bottle receiving tray by the bottle dispensing wheel. The entire process of wire drawing and filling is completed.

Performance characteristics

After digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and integrating multiple patented technologies of our company, a new generation of improved wire drawing and sealing machine has been developed based on the main characteristics of ampoule sealing in China.


The main features are as follows:


-Adopting PLC programmable human-machine interface control, single machine operation and linkage control can be freely switched, and real-time monitoring of production site conditions can be carried out. In the event of a fault, it can automatically shut down to ensure the normal operation of the entire unit.


-Multi station step-by-step transmission system: 8-12 bottles are sent to each process in a step-by-step manner, automatically completing the separation and feeding of bottles, pre nitrogen filling, drug filling, post nitrogen filling, preheating, wire drawing and sealing processes. It is suitable for the filling and sealing of ampoules under sterile conditions.


-Chain mesh belt for bottle conveying avoids the previous phenomenon of mesh belt deviation, increases the friction and pushing force at the bottom of the bottle, and reduces the rate of bottle breakage.


-The overall design of the walking beam has been changed to a three-stage design, which reduces the distance traveled by the bottles, improves the stability of the walking beam, and reduces the bottle breakage rate.


-The parts in contact with the medicinal solution are made of 316L material and high-quality imported silicone tubing. The outer surface is made of 304-2B stainless steel plate, and the materials used for other components fully comply with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.


-The rotary bottle mechanism adopts synchronous toothed belt transmission, which makes the transmission simpler.


-This machine can be equipped with: Class 100 laminar flow hood, glass protective door and support frame, door electronic protection device, sterile operating gloves, dust particle and floating bacteria detection, laminar flow protection, and wind pressure monitoring device.
