Working principle
The penicillin bottle enters the bottle conveyor belt through the turntable, and the cap sorting bucket sorts out the messy bottle caps and sequentially enters the cap dropping track. The bottle sorting wheel drives the bottle to pass through the lower cap track, and the bottle mouth puts on the cap when entering the cap rolling station. The cap rolling knife then rolls the cap to complete the sealing, and finally it is sent out to the bottle receiving tray or conveyor belt by the bottle dispensing wheel.
Technological process
Rotary table bottle sorting → Conveyor belt feeding → Pulling wheel bottle sorting → Lid sorting bucket lid sorting → Lid dropping → Lid wearing → Lid rolling → Bottle dispensing
