Working principle

This machine adopts the principle of dual chamber low vacuum negative pressure equal position filling, which uses an exhaust circuit to make the pressure inside the bottle close to vacuum, and uses the pressure difference to press the medicine into the bottle. Adopting large pressure difference and large batch simultaneous filling, its filling time is shorter than that of funnel and pump structures, so the filling speed is faster. When there are no bottles, there is no vacuum circuit or pressure difference, which ensures that no bottles are filled. After filling, excess liquid or residual liquid in the nozzle will be automatically recovered into the vacuum buffer tank. The nozzle will first be lifted to a certain height (such as 3-5mm) and held for a period of time before continuing to rise away from the container mouth. The purpose is to break the vacuum inside the container, so that the residual liquid on the outer surface of the nozzle can drip into the interior of the container and the vacuum silicone suction tube can enter the vacuum buffer tank, thereby achieving both no dripping and ensuring filling accuracy.


Technological process

Conveyor track enters the bottle → enters the FGXG30/12 filling (rotary) capping machine → vacuum filling → (continuous capping) → parallel capping → magnetic clutch capping → counting → next process


Performance characteristics

-Filling and capping are all carried out using pulleys for transition, to prevent medication from shaking.


-The cover is vertically removed using a toothed cap head. When removing the cover, the toothed cap head calibration mechanism first calibrates the cover and then presses the cover direction, ensuring accurate removal and simple maintenance.


-The adjustment of the force of the magnetic cap is convenient, and the magnetic force adjustment part is marked with a scale. To adjust the tightness of the cap, simply follow the scale mark, which is simple and clear. The magnetic part has no mechanical friction, high pass rate of screw cap, and low maintenance cost.


-When capping, the bottle is positioned independently and tightly, ensuring accurate alignment between the bottle mouth and lid. The bottom of the bottle is equipped with anti slip pads, preventing the bottle from slipping during capping.


-The spring components of the magnetic rotary cover are designed as built-in structures, and the outer shell is made of 304 stainless steel material, which will not rust and can be cleaned without dead corners.


-A seat type waterproof sealing ring has been installed on the through hole of the bearing seat of the platform, and a protective cover waterproof ring has been installed on the mechanical transmission shaft, completely preventing water leakage from the platform to the machine base.
