Working principle
Glass bottles are fed into the turntable through a dryer or feeding tray. The turntable arranges the glass bottles in an orderly manner through a bottle blocking device and enters a single track. Then, the glass bottles are sorted by a dial wheel and enter the synchronous belt station in an orderly manner. There is a linear slide table on the synchronous belt station, and the filling needle moves back and forth through the slide table for reciprocating tracking and filling. The machine is equipped with a lid hopper that can automatically adjust, lower, and put on the lid. The glass bottles are automatically put on the lid and then enter the capping (rolling) station. The sealing function is completed under the work of the magnetic capping head or capping head.

Technological process
