Working principle
This machine adopts a rotary table with an enlarged dial wheel for bottle feeding, a reciprocating rotary tracking filling and a single blade flexible rolling capping method. The entire set of actions is fully servo controlled and can automatically complete processes such as bottle feeding, filling, capping, and capping.
After the filling is completed, the oral liquid bottle is transported to the capping wheel for capping. After the capping process is completed, it is then pushed into the bottle receiving tray by the bottle dispensing wheel or into the bottle conveying track to complete the entire filling and capping process.

Performance characteristics

The main features are as follows:
-Using a turntable to enlarge the dial wheel for bottle feeding, ensuring no bottle tipping or shortage during bottle feeding.
-According to the filling form, glass pumps, metal pumps, ceramic pumps, or peristaltic pumps can be configured for filling according to the user's requirements.
-The integrated structure of filling, automatic capping, putting on caps, and rolling caps ensures that bottles only undergo one handover from filling to rolling caps, with a short conveying path and low bottle breakage rate.
-The transmission of this machine adopts full servo control, with a simple structure and high transmission accuracy, greatly reducing the number of lubrication points.
-The quantity of specification parts is small, and the operation is simple and fast.
-The parts in contact with the medicinal solution are made of 316L stainless steel and high-quality imported silicone tubes, while other major components are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, fully complying with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
