Working principle
The penicillin bottles are transported in a whole row through the bottle feeding turntable to the bottle feeding and pulling wheel. The wheel sends the glass bottles to the synchronous belt V-shaped block, which then transports the bottles to the filling area. At the same time, the filling needle performs linear reciprocating tracking motion for packaging, and is transferred to the plug pressing wheel through the middle wheel to complete the plug pressing process. Then, the bottle is pushed into the bottle receiving plate or conveyor belt by the bottle discharging wheel.
Technological process
Unboxing and packing → bottle feeding → wheel feeding → synchronous V-block → (front nitrogen filling) → reciprocating tracking and quantitative filling → (front nitrogen filling) → plug sorting → plug adding → plug pressing → bottle discharge
Performance characteristics

-The pressure plug adopts a rotating upper cold, and the bottom rail is raised and lowered, making the pressure plug softer.
-Configurable nitrogen filling function (before filling, after filling, before plug pressing).
-Configurable isolator.
