Working principle
-The overall structure is tunnel like, divided into three parts: preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone. The bottle is sterilized at high temperature using the principle of laminar flow disinfection with hot air.
-This machine consists of components such as a front laminar flow box, a high-temperature sterilization box, a rear laminar flow box, a frame, a conveyor belt system, an exhaust system, and an electric control box. Both the front and rear laminar flow boxes and the high-temperature sterilization box are equipped with medium efficiency filters and high-efficiency filters (or high-temperature high-efficiency filters), so that the bottles entering the oven are always protected by a hundred level purified air, thereby achieving the effect of drying, sterilizing, and removing heat sources from the medicine bottles.
-The room design needs to consider supplying fresh air to the interior at a rate of ≥ 3500m3/h.
-Its production process complies with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP and is currently a popular and effective drying and sterilization equipment internationally.

-Adopting a chain conveyor belt, it runs smoothly and the mesh surface is easy to clean and maintain.
-The speed of the conveyor belt adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can synchronize and coordinate with the speed of the bottle washing machine and filling machine.
