Main uses:
Mainly used for drying, sterilizing, removing heat sources, and cooling medicinal glass containers such as penicillin bottles, ampoules, and oral liquid bottles in the pharmaceutical industry. The design and production of the KSZ series tunnel sterilization dryer comply with GMP requirements, enabling bottles to meet the national cleanliness level A standard (American industrial standard level 100) in a sealed tunnel. This machine can be used as a standalone device or as a linkage line with other standalone devices.

Working principle

-The overall structure is tunnel like, divided into three parts: preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone. The bottle is sterilized at high temperature using the principle of laminar flow disinfection with hot air.

-This machine consists of components such as a front laminar flow box, a high-temperature sterilization box, a rear laminar flow box, a frame, a conveyor belt system, an exhaust system, and an electric control box. Both the front and rear laminar flow boxes and the high-temperature sterilization box are equipped with medium efficiency filters and high-efficiency filters (or high-temperature high-efficiency filters), so that the bottles entering the oven are always protected by a hundred level purified air, thereby achieving the effect of drying, sterilizing, and removing heat sources from the medicine bottles.

-The room design needs to consider supplying fresh air to the interior at a rate of ≥ 3500m3/h.

-Its production process complies with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP and is currently a popular and effective drying and sterilization equipment internationally.

-Heating uniformity is better to prevent the risk of bottle explosion and failure to meet the standard for removing heat due to uneven heating of the bottle.

-Adopting negative pressure sealing technology avoids secondary pollution of glass bottles by unclean air.

-According to customer requirements, an automatic wind pressure balancing system can be configured.

-Adopting a chain conveyor belt, it runs smoothly and the mesh surface is easy to clean and maintain.

-The speed of the conveyor belt adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can synchronize and coordinate with the speed of the bottle washing machine and filling machine.
