Working principle
-The bottles are brought into the bottle through a net, and the spray device is filled with water before entering the cleaning tank. After ultrasonic cleaning, the bottles are lifted smoothly by a winch from the lifting block along the coarse washing water tank and sent to the large drum mechanical arm. The mechanical arm clamps and flips the bottles 180 degrees, and the bottle mouth faces down to enter the washing station:
1. Rinse the outer wall of the high-pressure circulating water bottle;
2. Insert the first and second sets of spray needles into the bottle and rinse the inner wall of the bottle with circulating water;
3. Insert the third group of spray needles into the bottle and flush compressed air to clean the inner wall of the bottle;
4. The fourth group sprays purified water to clean the inner wall of the bottle;
5. The fifth and sixth groups of nozzles are used to flush the inner wall of the bottle with compressed air;
6. Finally, dry the outer wall of the bottle with compressed air. The robotic arm returns the bottle to its original position, and the bottle is pushed into the oven or bottle tray by the bottle dispensing wheel, completing the entire bottle cleaning process.
-This machine is a vertical rotary drum structure, using a mechanical arm to clamp bottles, flip them, and a nozzle to perform reciprocating tracking. It uses the principle of ultrasonic rough washing and independent separation of water and gas for alternating jet flushing to clean each container one by one and avoid cross contamination.
-The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and water vapor alternating pressure jet cleaning is currently an internationally popular cleaning equipment with good bottle clarity.
