Performance characteristics
After digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and integrating multiple patented technologies of our company, a new generation of improved ampoule linkage production line has been developed based on the main characteristics of domestic ampoule products. It has successively won the titles of "Changsha Famous Brand Product" and "Hunan Famous Brand Product".
The main features are as follows:
-Advanced process technologies such as ultrasonic cleaning, alternating water and gas flushing, hot air laminar drying and sterilization, multi needle filling, and wire drawing and sealing are adopted.
-Suitable for ampoules of various capacities, with fewer specifications and easier replacement and adjustment.
-The parts in contact with the medicinal solution are made of imported silicone tubing or 316L material, which meets the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
-The filling pump is driven by a servo motor and is not affected by speed, start stop, or other factors that affect the filling volume.
-The needle is inserted into the bottle mouth and rises as the liquid level rises, with defoaming function. The rising speed and insertion depth into the bottle mouth can be adjusted.
-Customization can be made according to the special needs of users. If a bottle conveyor belt is added to automatically input and output ampoules, reducing cross contamination between people and objects in the clean area, it fully complies with the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
