Performance characteristics
After digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and integrating multiple patented technologies of our company, a new generation of improved oral liquid bottle linkage production line has been developed based on the main characteristics of domestic linkage lines. It has successively won the titles of "Changsha Famous Brand Product" and "Hunan Famous Brand Product".
The main features are as follows:
-Divided into three working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilization, and filling and capping, each individual machine has specific functions and can be accurately implemented.
-The linkage line is suitable for oral liquid bottles with a specification of 10m1-20ml, with fewer replacement parts and easy adjustment.
-Adopting advanced production technology such as multi needle round-trip tracking filling and automatic capping, rolling, and sealing, the performance is stable and reliable.
-Replacing traditional far-infrared ovens with hot air circulation ovens results in more uniform heating and lower bottle breakage rates, effectively avoiding the risk of quartz tube breakage and bottle contamination.
-Ceramic pump, stainless steel pump, and peristaltic pump can be optionally selected.
-Contact with the medicinal solution is made of 316L stainless steel material, which meets GMP requirements,
-Tracking filling adopts full servo motion control.
-The filling pump adopts servo control, which ensures more stable filling volume and is not affected by speed or start stop.
-The needle is inserted into the bottle mouth and rises as the liquid level of the medicine rises. It has defoaming function, and the rising speed and depth of insertion into the bottle mouth can be set according to different products.
