Performance characteristics
After digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and integrating multiple patented technologies of our company, a new generation of penicillin bottle linkage production line has been developed based on the main characteristics of domestic linkage lines. -Suitable for penicillin bottles with specifications of 30-100 ml, with fewer replacement parts and easier adjustment.
-The components in contact with the medicinal solution are made of high-quality imported silicone tubing and 316L stainless steel material, which meets GMP requirements.
-The equipment is easy to clean, disinfect, and sterilize, making it convenient for production operations and maintenance.
-The transmission components of the equipment have no leakage of lubricating oil or coolant, and there is no contamination caused by placement.
-The entire unit adopts PLC programmable and human-machine interface control for single machine operation, which can be controlled by linkage and single machine operation, and can achieve real-time monitoring of production status
-It can automatically shut down and sound an alarm in the event of a malfunction.
-All winches and pulleys are made of imported POM material.
-All purchased parts such as water pumps, motors, bearings, etc. are from well-known domestic and foreign brands.
