Performance characteristics
After digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and integrating multiple patented technologies of our company, a new generation of penicillin bottle linkage production line has been developed based on the main characteristics of domestic linkage lines. It has successively won the titles of "Changsha Famous Brand Product" and "Hunan Famous Brand Product". The main features are as follows:
-Divided into four working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilization, filling and capping, each individual machine has specific functions and can be accurately implemented.
-Advanced design, reasonable structure, high degree of automation, stable and reliable operation.
-Compact structure, small footprint, greatly reducing energy consumption costs.
-Suitable for penicillin bottles with a specification of 2-20ml, with fewer replacement parts and easier adjustment.
-The parts that come into contact with the medicine are made of high-quality imported silicone tubing and 316L stainless steel material, which have no adverse anti-corruption properties and do not release particles.
-The equipment is easy to clean, disinfect, and sterilize, making it convenient for production operations and maintenance. The transmission components of the equipment have no leakage of lubricating oil or coolant, and there is no contamination caused by placement. The entire unit adopts PLC programmable and human-machine interface control for single machine operation, which can be linked and operated separately. At the same time, real-time monitoring of production status can be achieved, and automatic shutdown and alarm can be triggered in case of faults.
-All winches and pulleys are made of imported POM material.
-All purchased parts such as water pumps, motors, bearings, etc. are from well-known domestic and foreign brands.
